How To Order

Hopefully, the shopping cart function will work well for you. If so, I get an email form saying you are interested in buying something. If you have any problems, or like a specimen that is sold, send me an email and tell me what you are looking for.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

Occasionally, a specimen will fail to satisfy you. If this should happen, don't hesitate to contact me as I want you to be happy with your acquisition. You are entitled to a complete refund (less postage) as long as you notify me promptly (that's within 10 days) and return the specimen undamaged to me.

Making Requests

Don't hesistate to request minerals or locations that you are interested in. Often, I do not post all specimens from a given selection. Or, I may never have gotten around to posting some selections.
