| Hopefully, the shopping cart function will work well for you. If so, I get an email form saying you are interested in buying something. If you have any problems, or like a specimen that is sold, send me an email and tell me what you are looking for. |

Customer Satisfaction Policy |
| Occasionally, a specimen will fail to satisfy you. If this should happen, don't hesitate to contact me as I want you to be happy with your acquisition. You are entitled to a complete refund (less postage) as long as you notify me promptly (that's within 10 days) and return the specimen undamaged to me. |

Making Requests |
| Don't hesistate to request minerals or locations that you are interested in. Often, I do not post all specimens from a given selection. Or, I may never have gotten around to posting some selections. |
