What sort of satisfaction guarantee do you offer?

Don't like it?  Return it undamaged in 10 days.  I will refund your money LESS the shipping fee.  I can't make it more simple than that. 

Picture accuracy?

I do my best to take pictures that are accurate representations of the specimens.  If the color is difficult to capture, I will let you know.  I try to take some pictures that capture flaws or damage, so you know what you are getting.  If you think the picture is not a good representation, return it as mentioned above.

Description accuracy?

I do my best to provide you with the information that I know about the specimen.  Sometimes my sources don't know it all, so I can't tell you everything.  I am not going to elaborate with false information just to inflate the value.

What is your privacy policy?

I don't share your information with anyone.

How do I pay?

Use the shopping cart if you can.  If not, send me an email.  I take paypal, credit cards(visa and mastercard), or personal checks.

How do you ship?

I use the USPS service and ship via priority mail if you are in the US.  Rates are just a little bit more than USPS to cover supplies.  And yes, I do insure items.  If it is overseas, I normally send airmail as a "mineralogical specimen for scientific study" and list the value as nominal.  Rates are basically what the USPS charges plus a little bit extra to cover supplies.  I can insure and list values if you request, but you need to pay the extra and your customs organization may charge duty.
